Stock status and prices

How do I place a pre-order?

Place your product in the digital shopping cart via the large green button. You can find the release date above this button. You can choose between delivery at home or pickup in the store.

As soon as we have your product in stock, all orders will be delivered based on their order date. You'll get an email as soon as your pre-order is on it's way or ready for you at the store.

When will I receive the other products from my pre-order order?

You'll receive it together with your pre-order on the release date. Do you want to have the other products sooner? Order them separately.

Why do we display the retail price next to the price promotions in the Netherlands?

We offer the recommended retail price next to our price promotions. The retail price is the one suggested by the supplier for selling the product.

Is my product in stock?

You can find out on the product page, under the price of the product. Here, you can always find the most current stock status of the product, both online and in our stores.

Where can I find the store stock of the Coolblue stores?

You can find it on the product page. Click the button "Pick up in store". You'll see which stores have the product in stock. If you reserve it online, we'll hold it for you until your visit.

Are there differences in price between Coolblue.nl and Coolblue.be?

That can happen. The prices or our products can differ per country, based on factors like the retail price and cost price. The website where you place your order determines where we deliver. If you want your package delivered in the Netherlands, you have to place your order on Coolblue.nl. It's not possible to order a product on Coolblue.be and have it delivered in the Netherlands.

What does the stock status 'Temporarily sold out' mean?

This means we temporarily don't have the product in stock. Register on the product page to be kept up-to-date. You'll receive a message via email or text when the product is available again.

When is a product in stock in the store?

If the product is in the stockroom of the store, we have store stock. You can reserve the product and pick it up the same day.

You can't always view products that are in stock in the store. On the page of the store, you can see which products you can experience. You can find an overview of all stores here.

Does Coolblue have a lowest price guarantee?

No. At Coolblue, we want to make a difference with the best service and not with low prices. On this page, you can read more about who we are and why we do what we do.

What does the stock status 'Never available again' mean?

This means we'll never have the product in stock again. We make sure we have a successor to the product, or we recommend the best alternatives. You can find them on the page of the sold-out product.

Can I pick up a product in the store if it's temporarily sold out online?

Yes, sometimes a product is still in the store when it's sold out online. You can reserve it, so you know for sure it's still there when you visit. You can pay your order before or during pickup in the store.

The price of the product I want to buy has gone up. What do I do now?

That can happen. The prices of our competitors can change monthly, weekly, or even daily. That happens based on a few factors, like the retail price and cost price.
