Aren't satisfied with your answer? Go big and address our customer service manager. You can email him (MT-klantenservice@coolblue.nl) or send a letter to the address below. You'll get an answer within 5 working days.

Wasn't he able to help you to your satisfaction? You can always submit your complaint to the disputes committee Thuiswinkel. You can also bring your complaint to the disputes committee via the European ODR Platform.
