Delivery and pickup options

Can I choose a time slot for the delivery of my product?

For small products, you can choose standard delivery or evening delivery. Standard delivery is between 08:00 and 22:00 (between 10:00 and 20:00 on Sundays) and evening delivery is between 17:30 and 22:00.

For large products delivered by CoolblueDelivers, you can choose a time slot of 4 hours at a fee. Depending on the chosen day and the time slot, you pay extra costs. You choose the time slot while you place your order. You can choose a morning, afternoon, or evening time slot.

Is my delivery free?

If you choose the entire day when you order, the delivery is free. If you choose a part of the day, you pay extra for the delivery of your order.

If I order today, will my order be delivered tomorrow?

When you place your order, you can choose a delivery moment that suits you from the available days. Due to Black Friday, your package might take longer to arrive. You receive a Track & Trace once we've shipped your package. You can find the current status and delivery time there.

Do you still deliver orders at home?

Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home.

Can I also pick up my package at a PostNL point?

Yes, for small products you can choose a PostNL point near you when you place your order. As soon as your order is ready, PostNL will let you know that you can pick it up. Your package will stay at the PostNL point for 7 days.

How do I recycle my old product?

We take care of the recycling of your old product if you hand it in. You can hand in your product in multiple ways:

  1. You can send it via a PostNL point or give it to a PostNL delivery driver. Pack the product in a box with a shipping label. You can read how to do that here.
  2. You give your old product to the Coolblue delivery driver when we deliver a new product to you. It's important that the old product has a comparable size and is ready at the front door.
  3. Visit one of our stores and hand in your old product.

What's the fastest way to get my package?

The fastest way to get your order is to pick it up in the store. On the product page, you can see the stores that have that product in stock. Click the 'Pick up in the store' button and pick it up today.

Can I receive my order today?

If a product is in stock in the store, you can pick it up today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click the button 'Pick up in store'.

How does evening delivery during the week work?

If you choose evening delivery, PostNL will deliver your package the next working day, between 17:30 and 22:00. Evening delivery costs € 0.99 and you can select it when your place your order. Don't see it? Unfortunately, we don't offer this service for your products.

We deliver larger products, like washing machines, with CoolblueDelivers. We also deliver at night, but not on Sundays. When you place an order, choose the paid evening time slot on the day that suits you best.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.

  • If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
  • If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
  • You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.

How does delivery work on the Wadden Islands?

We can't deliver to the Wadden Islands ourselves, so we work with island carriers. That's why delivery is slightly different than the default on our website.

Choose delivery day

When you place an order, you can select a delivery day. This is the day we transfer your order to the island carrier. The carrier will then contact you within 2 working days to make a delivery appointment.

Installation services

Island carriers don't offer installation services. That's why it's not possible to receive our installation services if you live on the Wadden Islands. Did you already order and pay for a service? Please contact our customer service and we'll make sure you get your money back.

Give us your old product

It's not possible to hand in your old product, such as your old washing machine, for recycling via the island carriers.

Extra heavy products

We don't deliver products heavier than 90kg on the Wadden Islands, for example American fridges.
