What's a white goods subscription?
Want to lease white goods? With a Coolblue subscription, you can lease an energy-efficient white goods product starting at € 14.99 per month. Did the product break? We'll repair or replace the product within 48 hours. You can cancel your subscription monthly for free after 1 year. Note: you don't pay off your machine in installments, you lease it.

Is a white goods subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments. You pay for the lease to Coolblue. Coolblue is still the owner of the product for as long as the subscription is running. After 12 months, it's possible to buy the product. Contact the customer service for this.
What's the minimum term of a subscription?
You always lease the washing machine for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner. It's also possible to buy the washing machine. Contact the customer service for this. How does the payment for a subscription work?
You first have to make a one-time payment. This varies between € 48 and € 199, depending on the product. After that, you pay a fixed amount per month via direct debit. The monthly amount differs per product. We'll charge the subscription costs to your account around the 27th of each month. A subscription month at Coolblue runs from the 27th to the 26th of the next month, and you always pay in advance for the next month.
What if your product breaks
If the product breaks, you can contact the customer service. We'll make sure it'll be repaired or replaced within 48 hours. No need to worry about warranty terms and repair costs. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 - 798 89 99.
Do you always receive a new product?
Yes, you always get a new product.
Do you also lease white goods to students?
Yes, we lease white goods like washing machines and dishwashers to student houses. That's useful, as you can divide the monthly amount among your housemates and it's less of a hassle when someone moves out. If you're the one moving out, you can transfer the subscription to another student free of charge.
