How can I change my order?
It depends on if we've already sent your order. You can check this in your email.
Didn't you receive a shipping confirmation yet? We might be able to change your order. Contact one of our experts for this.
Did you already receive a shipping confirmation? It's not possible anymore to change your order. Is it a store order or do you have a different problem? Contact one of our experts. They're happy to help you.
How do I change my delivery address on a pending order?
Haven't you received a shipment confirmation yet? Contact our customer service to change your address. How to change the address of a pending order depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.
1. Delivery via PostNL
- Changing the delivery address isn't possible. You can change your delivery to a PostNL point via 'choose another moment or place' in the Track and Trace of PostNL.
- If your package is already too far into the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible, not even via customer service. You can ask the residents of the wrong address if you can pick up the package there or ask them to refuse your package. Your order will be returned to Coolblue, and you'll receive a refund within 5 days.
2. Delivery via DHL
- Changing the delivery address isn't possible. You can change your delivery to a DHL point via the DHL app.
2. Delivery via Coolblue Contact our customer service to change your address. If your order is already far into the delivery process, the delivery moment may also need to be adjusted if you change the address.
How do I cancel my order?
You can easily arrange this via My Coolblue. You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.
