How can I pay?

At Coolblue, you pay online or in the store.

Online
Online, you can pay with:

  • iDEAL
  • credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Coolblue gift cards
  • VVV gift cards (exchange them first via the VVV gift cards website)
  • DE gift card
  • Or choose 'Pay in the store' if you want to pick up your order in one of our stores.

In the store
In the store, you can pay with:

  • your debit card
  • credit card (Visa of Mastercard)
  • cash
  • Apple Pay
  • Coolblue gift cards
  • VVV gift cards (exchange them first via the VVV gift cards website)
  • DE gift card You can't pay your order in installments or at your door in case of delivery.

Can I pay my order afterwards?

No, you can't pay with Klarna, Riverty, or another provider of 'paying afterwards'. You can defer your payment by paying with your credit card. That's because it will be debited at a later time.

Can I pay in installments?

No, you can't pay in installments at Coolblue.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, you can pay with cash in our stores. Reserve a product online and choose 'pay in the store' or visit us to place your order.

How do I place an order with a manual bank transfer?

Choose the payment method 'bank transfer'. After you've placed your order, transfer the outstanding amount to  IBAN NL50INGB0683251309 in the name of Coolblue. Don't forget to put your  order number in the description so we can find your payment.

Good to know:

  • We'll ship your order as soon as we've processed your payment. This can take up to 3 days after you've transferred the money. Choose a different payment method if you want to receive your order faster.
  • Your product will be reserved for 5 days. Make sure your payment reaches us at least before then. Otherwise, we'll have to cancel your order.
  • For orders where you choose a time slot, you can't pay via a manual bank transfer. Think of products such as white goods, large kitchen appliances, televisions, desks, and heavy fitness machines. That's because we can only determine the time slot when we've received the payment. When you place one of these products in your shopping cart, the 'bank transfer' option disappears from the payment step.
