Why don't I get a discount on the whole Coolblue assortment?
At Coolblue Energy, we'd like to help you save as much energy as possible. Because of that, you always get a discount on energy-efficient products as a Coolblue Energy customer.
What do you consider energy-efficient products?
These are products with A+++ to B energy labels for most product types like washing machines and dishwashers. For some products like televisions and freezers, a C energy label is also energy-efficient. For these products, the energy label starts at B so C is also energy-efficient.
How long is my discount valid?
You receive Coolblue Energy discount as long as you're one of our customers. We renew our energy-efficient products with a discount every quarter.
Why can't I see the discount in my shopping cart?
First, double check if you're logged in. Then check whether you can see the discount during the payment step. You can see this thanks to the label with Coolblue Energy discount or at the bottom of your shopping cart. If you can't see it, contact our customer service.
Why don't all products have an A+++ energy label?
Not all products can get an A+++ energy label, because this differs per product type. An American fridge has a maximum C energy label, while a regular fridge has a maximum A energy label. We always choose the most energy-efficient products possible. That way, you can be sure you make an energy-efficient choice within the possibilities of that type of product.
What's the difference between a Coolblue Energy discount and the CoolblueCredit?
CoolblueCredit is a fixed amount you can freely spend on Coolblue.nl, while Coolblue Energy discount is a special discount on around 200 energy-efficient products.
