Yes, you can choose 'Pick up in the store' when you order. If the product is in stock, you can pick it up today. Otherwise it's ready for you tomorrow.

No, that's not necessary. But it's possible. We can reserve a time slot for you, so you don't have to wait and we'll help you right away.

How accessible is the store?
The store is accessible to wheelchair users. The entry and aisles are 90cm wide and barrier free. There's a wheelchair accessible toilet and an elevator to reach the different floors. The announcements are visual and auditory and service dogs are welcome, of course.
