Oven function types
Ovens with upper and lower heat
When you turn on upper and lower heat, the oven space gets evenly hot on both sides. That way, you can bake a cake, cupcakes, or cookies that rise and cook well on all sides.Fan function
On this setting, the oven uses a fan that distributes the heat evenly. This way, food cooks equally well throughout and you can prepare things like an oven dish, bread rolls, or fries.Turbo fan oven
With turbo fan oven, there's a heating element around the fan. As a result, the warm air spreads faster and more evenly. This makes these ovens suitable for baking at multiple rack levels.Steam
With the steam function, you can prepare your meal with steam injections. That way, you can steam vegetables without them losing their flavor, vitamins, and texture. With a partial steam function, your bake-off bread becomes extra crispy. A full-fledged steam function only uses steam.
