How fast will I get my money back?

Within 5 working days after we've processed your cancellation or return. In the Black Friday period, processing your return can take a bit longer than you're used to from us. As soon as we've processed your return, you'll receive a confirmation via email.

Sometimes, you'll receive your money in separate parts. This can happen because of a number of things:

  • You've payed a part of your order with a gift card or a voucher. You'll receive the amount as CoolblueCredit in your account.
  • You've returned multiple products. Sometimes, one product is processed earlier than another product. That's why you receive the amount in multiple parts.
  • Did you pay in cash and are you returning your product in the store? You'll receive a maximum of € 50 in cash. We'll transfer the rest of the amount to your account

How do I get my money back?

We'll pay you back via the payment method you've used. There are 2 exceptions:

  • If you've payed with a gift card, you'll receive the money as CoolblueCredit in your account.
  • You've payed an amount in cash that's higher than € 50. You'll receive € 50 in cash in the store. We'll transfer the rest of the amount to your account.

What if I haven't received my money back?

Our administration is busy sometimes, so it can take a bit longer. Haven't you received the amount after 7 working days? Contact our customer service.
