Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as we've shipped your order, we'll send you the invoice via email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also download your invoices in your order overview by clicking on your order in My Coolblue. Did you just place the order? Wait until your order has been shipped. After that, you'll receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

What if I haven't received my invoice yet?

It's possible that your order hasn't been shipped yet. You'll receive your invoice with your shipping confirmation. You'll receive this in your email no later than the night before delivery.

Was your package already shipped? Check whether your invoice is in My Coolblue, under 'My Orders'. If your order isn't listed here, please contact our customer service.

How can I change my invoice?

Send us an email and state your order number and what you want to change in your invoice. You can do this up to 30 days after we've made your invoice. You'll receive an adapted credit invoice in your email in 3 working days. Your current invoice will then expire.
