How do I use my CoolblueCredit?
We automatically deduct your CoolblueCredit from the total amount. The only thing you have to do is pick out your products and log in to your account. You can also use your CoolblueCredit in the stores.
What if my CoolblueCredit isn't in my account?
Check on which email address you received an email about your CoolblueCredit. Log in to your account with this email address. We automatically deduct your credit when you order.
Don't have an account with this email address? You'll find a link to create a password in your CoolblueCredit email. Create a password using this link. When you log in, you can use the credit right away.
Until when is my CoolblueCredit valid?
That depends on the reason you received the credit. You can find the reason for your credit and the validity on the credits page in My Coolblue.
- CoolblueCredit after a return or failed repair has unlimited validity.
- CoolblueCredit you receive after a promotion is often valid for 1 or 3 years.
When will I receive my Coolblue Credit?
Within 5 working days after we've processed your return, your credit is available in your Coolblue account.
CoolblueCredit with a promotion 14 days after delivery of your order, your credit is available in your Coolblue account.
Do I have to spend all my CoolblueCredit at once?
No, you don't. You can find the remaining amount in your Coolblue account.
Can I return a product that was bought with CoolblueCredit?
Yes, you can. We'll then put the CoolblueCredit back on your Coolblue account.
