How can I pay as a business customer?
You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accepts Visa or MasterCard), Apple Pay, Coolblue gift cards, or a manual bank transfer. As a business customer, you can also pay on credit. Can I order on credit?
As a Business customer, you can place orders on credit and pay afterwards. You have to be registered at the KBO for at least 1 year and have at least 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit application. A credit application takes 1 working day at the most.
Can I place an order on credit?
Yes, you can. To pay on account, you have to have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year and have at least 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. How can I change my business invoice?
Send an email to zakelijk@coolblue.nl and state your order number and what you want to change in your invoice. This is possible up to 30 days after the date on your invoice. You'll receive an adjusted credit invoice in your mailbox from us within 3 working days. As a result, your current invoice will expire.
Can I receive my invoice as an e-invoice?
Yes, we can also send your the invoice as an XML file so you can automatically upload it in your administration system.
