Cashback promotions

A cashback is a manufacturer campaign which refunds you part of the purchase price. Cashback promotions are always handled by the manufacturer rather than Coolblue.

During the promotion, you can find more information on the promotion on the product page. You can find the promotional terms and conditions and a link to the promotional form or to the website of the manufacturer. Here, you'll find exactly what you have to do to receive your cashback or free product. You'll always receive this after your purchase, never beforehand. It often takes a few weeks before you receive your free product or the manufacturer transfers the amount to your bank account.

Your free product isn't included with your order right away, because you have to request it with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will ship the product to you.

If a product has both a discount and cashback, both promotions apply. With cashback, you'll receive the cashback from the manufacturer afterwards. You have to pay this amount at checkout first.
