• As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email with a Track & Trace to track your order. Always keep an eye on this for the most current delivery information.
• On the day before the delivery, you'll receive a 4-hour time slot via email before 22:00. At night, you'll receive a more specific time slot of 1 hour.
• If our own delivery drivers stop by, they will call you 15 minutes before arrival.

Yes, we offer installation services for all desk chairs and desks. If you purchase a desk and desk chair at Coolblue, we'll also adjust them to a working posture that's suitable for you.

Delivery Yes, you can choose the delivery moment that suits you best. You have the following options:

• Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
• Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00 You have to pay for these delivery moments. These costs vary between € 9 and € 39, dependent on the chosen delivery day and chosen delivery moment.

You can also choose free delivery during the entire day. We'll come by between 07:30 and 17:00 on your chosen day.

Installation and adjusting Yes, you can select the day that suits you best to install and/or adjust your home office supplies. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 18:00 on your chosen day.
