Solar panels and inverters
The prices in the table are an example. What a solar roof costs you depends on the products you choose, for example. There are many types of solar panels that differ in color, size, and functions. The most important property of a solar panel is the maximum it can generate. We express this in Watt-peak (Wp). You also need an inverter, which converts the generated power into usable power. You can choose from a series or parallel-connected inverter.
Your roof
Your energy consumption and roof play a big part in what your solar roof looks like. Do you have a flat or pitched roof? Is there a lot or a little shade? Depending on the size and position of your roof, we determine how many solar panels fit on it. We recommend to choose an amount of solar panels that covers your energy consumption.
Service and installation
The price also includes the installation and warranty. Coolblue Energy works with our own installers, who we train in the Suniversity. This way, we install with a smile. You receive a 10-year installation warranty after the installation. You also receive up to 25 years of warranty on the solar panels and inverters.
- Save an average of € 1000,- per year
- Installation by our own certified experts
- No savingsneeded
Price with feed-in costs
In our price calculation, we also keep the feed-in costs in mind. These are the costs you pay with some energy suppliers when you feed back energy. At Coolblue Energy, you pay € 17.50 per month. How much you pay exactly differs per energy supplier. You do still earn back your solar panels with these costs than a couple of years ago.
Solar power net-metering
When you don't use solar power right away, you feed it back to the grid. Thanks to the net-metering regulation, you can offset this power to the power you get supplied from the grid. The net-metering regulation is a sure thing until 2027. That's why we still use the net-metering regulation for a personal calculation.
Subsidies and loans
You don't have to pay your solar panels in one go. You can get solar panels with various loans, sometimes even with 0% interest. It's also possible to include your solar panels in your mortgage with a construction deposit, for example. This way, you can still save on your energy bill if you don't have any savings.
