For contracts with a start date from 1 December 2023, the Terms and Conditions for consumers above apply. Did your contract start before 1 December 2023 with a start date from 1 October 2023? The Terms and Conditions below still apply to you.

We only want happy customers, of course. That's why we've set a couple of quality criteria. That way, you know exactly what you can expect from Coolblue Energy.

Coolblue Energy acts according to the Consumer and Energy Supplier Code of Conduct from Energie-Nederland and the Code of Conduct Suppliers Smart Meters. These contain the code of conduct for contracts between the energy supplier and the consumer and also how to deal with smart meters. They were drafted by the regulator, the ACM.
