Coolblue Energy is happy to help you every step of the way, even after installation. You'll receive a standard installation warranty, product warranty, and performance warranty on your solar roof. Coolblue also remains your only point of contact. That way, you won't have to call any other parties.

10-year installation warranty
With this warranty, we mean the warranty on the installation of your solar roof. If a cable is broken or an inverter no longer works properly, this is covered by this warranty. Our installation warranty is 10 years and covers the following:
- Solar panels
- Inverters
- Mounting systems
- Substructure
- IQ Gateway and IQ Relay
- Parts of the cable route
- Call-out costs if we come by to replace or repair parts.
Product warranty up to 25 years
Your solar roof consists of solar panels, inverters, and mounting materials. These products have their own product warranty, which varies per brand and product. The manufacturer determines the warranty of the product. In the table below, we list the product warranties for our solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems.

Performance warranty
Solar panels last at least 25 years. In the meantime, the power of your solar panel decreases approximately 0.6% per year. This is due to the weather and UV radiation. So, the manufacturer gives you a performance warranty. This means that you receive a warranty if your solar panels generate less than expected after 25 years.
