Model contract
The model contract is a standard energy contract for an indefinite period. This contains the variable rates for consumers.
The rates differ per energy supplier, but the other conditions are the same everywhere. The rates in the model contract are variable. It's possible that they'll change. Do you want to see the most current rates? Check the model contract.

- The confirmation letter with the most important sections of the contract.
- The model contract terms and conditions.
- The general terms and conditions, according to the Energie-Nederland model.
- The applicable rates.
- The quality criteria with the terms of service.
The above rates currently apply in the model contract. All rates include government levies that apply from 1 January 2024 and 21% VAT.
