When you have a Coolblue subscription, you can rent this product from Coolblue. Coolblue remains the owner of your washing machine. You won't pay off the appliance in installments. After 1 year, you can purchase the product. When you do that, you become the owner. If you stop the subscription, the services also stop. For example, the repair service.

How do you purchase a product?
If you want to purchase the product, you can contact the customer service. Send an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl. You'll receive an email with an offer within 1 working day. You have 7 days to accept it. If you accept the offer and pay, the product is yours. The subscription and services like the repair service stop.
How does Coolblue calculate the price?
We base the price on the remaining value of the product. This remaining value depends on a few things, like the market value. This differs per day. We can't estimate what the price will be in advance. That's why we only calculate this when you want to stop your subscription. The one-time costs that you pay at the start of your subscription aren't subtracted from this price. That wasn't a deposit but that was the costs for purchasing a subscription.
