Yes, you can. You have to contact us for that. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 798 89 99.
What should I do if my coffee machine is broken?
Contact our customer service. We'll do our best to repair your product as quickly as possible or to replace it within 48 hours. So, you don't have to worry about the warranty period and reparation costs.
How do I cancel my coffee machine subscription?
Please contact our customer service and indicate that you want to cancel the subscription. Customer service will schedule an appointment for us to pick up the product. Are you very happy with your coffee machine and want to continue using it? You can also purchase your current appliance. Please let our customer service know is that's the case.
Can you buy the machine if you cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can buy the product from Coolblue after 12 months. Call or email our customer service and ask for a purchase option. You're not obligated to accept the offer.
