With a subscription, you'll pay a fixed price per month. That way, you can easily share the costs with your roommates. You won't have to pay for a new dishwasher or dryer, which is nice if you just live there temporarily.

  •  You'll only pay the one-time costs when you place the order. After that, you pay the fixed amount per month.
  • With the first debit, you'll pay for the current and the next month.
  • We'll automatically deduct the subscription costs from your account around the 27th of each month.

Are you leaving the student home, and are you going to live by yourself? You can transfer the subscription to a roommate for free. Useful, if you live somewhere temporarily.

  • You can cancel the subscription on a monthly basis for free after 1 year. Coolblue will come and get the product at your house.
  • Do you want to transfer the contract to someone else? Contact the customer service.
  • After 1 year, you can buy the product from Coolblue. You're not obligated to accept the offer. The months you already payed for aren't included in the purchasing price.

With a Coolblue subscription, you're sure the product is always working. Coolblue repairs or replaces the product within 48 hours. That way, you won't have to think about who's paying for the damage.

Who is it for?

Student subscription

There are a number of conditions for taking out a subscription.

  • You'll need to be at least 18 years old.
  • You can take out 1 subscription per product. This means you can't get 2 washing machine subscriptions at the same time, but you can get 1 washing machine subscription and 1 dishwasher subscription.
  • We use your entered data for a credit test, and won't share this information with third parties. You won't get a BKR registration. The check is done right before the payment. If you can continue to order, you passed.

We currently offer subscriptions for washing machines, dryers, washer dryer combinations, dishwashers, fridges, and freezers.

Is a white goods subscription a kind of payment in installments?

No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you pay for the lease to Coolblue. Coolblue is still the owner of the product for as long as the subscription is running. After 12 months, it's possible to buy the product. Contact the customer service for this. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 - 798 89 99.

How does the payment for a subscription work?

You have to make a one-time payment when you order. After this, you pay the fixed price per month via direct debit. We automatically debit the subscription costs from your account around the 27th every month. The first monthly payment is higher because you have to pay for the current and the next month.

What is the minimum term of a subscription?

You always lease the product for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly, without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner. It's also possible to buy the appliance. Please contact our customer service for this. What if you move?

If you're moving soon, you'll move your white goods product to your new house yourself. You'll also install it in its new spot. Please provide our customer service with your new address, so we have the right address for your subscription. Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
