With a freezer subscription at Coolblue, you lease a freezer starting at € 14.99 per month. This is useful, because you don't have to worry about installing it and the warranty. Note: you don't pay off the machine in installments, but you lease it.

Is a freezer subscription a kind of payment in installments?

No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you pay for the lease to Coolblue. Coolblue is still the owner of the product for as long as the subscription is running. After 12 months, it's possible to buy the product. Please contact our customer service when your contract almost expires. That way, we can set up a purchase option for you. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 - 798 89 99.

What's the minimum term of a subscription?

You always lease the freezer for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and process it in an environmentally-friendly manner. It's also possible to buy the washing machine. That way, we can set up a purchase option for you.

Is it possible to lease the freezer without BKR registration?

Yes, you lease a freezer without BKR registration. We only use your data to do the test.

We lease freezers everywhere in the Netherlands, from Groningen and Amsterdam to Rotterdam and Maastricht.

What if my freezer breaks?

If the freezer is broken, you can contact the customer service. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 - 798 89 99. We'll repair or replace the product for free within 48 hours, so you don't have to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.
