Check these 3 things:

1. Can you select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page? You can select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page. This is one of the steps when you're going to order. You can't see the credit in previous steps, such as your shopping cart.

2. Are all the products in your shopping cart Home Office Store products? You can only use CoolblueCredit Business for products in your Home Office Store. Other products are at your own expense. You can see whether a product is part of your Home Office Store on the product page.

3. Did you log in with your business email address? Log in with your business email address. This gives you access to the Home Office Store and allows you to pay with your CoolblueCredit Business.

Did you follow these steps but still can't pay with your CoolblueCredit Business? Contact our customer service.

First, active your account. This is how you do that:

1. Open the email about account activation in the inbox of your work email. Click on the activation link in that email.
2. Create a password and activate your account.

You can now log in.

1. Go to your Home Office Store. You can find the link in the welcome email.
2. Log in with your work email and the password you created.

That's possible! Select the delivery option when you place your order. Good to know: you have to pay the extra fee for these delivery options yourself. You can't pay the fee with your CoolblueCredit Business.

Yes. If you don't spend all of your CoolblueCredit Business, the rest of the credit will stay in your account. You can come back later to make your home office an extra bit better.

Yes, you can. It's good to know that you can only use your Coolblue Credit for the products in the Home Office Store of your employer. If you want to buy something else, you'll have to pay for it yourself.

1. Select the products you need.
2. Click on the shopping cart. Your CoolblueCredit Business isn't processed yet. You can select it later.
3. Go through the steps.
4. Choose for 'Use CoolblueCredit Business' on the payment page and select the amount.
5. You don't have to pay. Unless the amount is higher than your remaining CoolblueCredit, or if you've chosen products which don't belong to your Home Office Store. You can choose a payment method for the remaining amount.

No, I don't have an account yet Your account is ready for you, but you still need to activate it. Create a password. After that, you can log in. Note: fill in your business email address.
