Check these 3 things:

1. Can you select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page? You can select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page. This is one of the steps when you're going to order. You can't see the credit in previous steps, such as your shopping cart.

2. Are all the products in your shopping cart Home Office Store products? You can only use CoolblueCredit Business for products in your Home Office Store. Other products are at your own expense. You can see whether a product is part of your Home Office Store on the product page.

3. Did you log in with your business email address? Log in with your business email address. This gives you access to the Home Office Store and allows you to pay with your CoolblueCredit Business.

Did you follow these steps but still can't pay with your CoolblueCredit Business? Contact our customer service.

First activate your account. This is how it works:

1. Open the received email about the account activation on your business email address. Click on the activation link in that email.
2. Create a password and activate your account.

You can now log in.

1. Go to your Home Office Store. The link is in your welcome email.
2. Log in with your business email and the password you just created.

Yes. You can choose these delivery options when you place your order. It's good to know that you have to pay the fee for these delivery options yourself. You can't pay this with your Business Coolblue Credit.

Yes. If you spend part of your Business CoolblueCredit, your remaining credit remains on your account. You can come back later to make your workplace even better.

Yes, you can. It's good to know that you can only use your Coolblue Credit for the products in the Home Office Store of your employer. If you want to buy something else, you'll have to pay for it yourself.

1. Select the problems you need.
2. Click on the shopping cart. Your Business CoolblueCredit hasn't been processed here yet. You can select it later.
3. Go through the steps.
4. On the payment page, choose 'Use Business Coolblue Credit' and select the amount.
5. You don't have to pay. Unless the payment amount it more than your available Coolblue Credit, or if your products don't belong to your Home Office Store. In that case, you can choose a payment method for the rest.

No, I don't have an account yet. Your account is ready for you, but it needs to be activated. Make a password. Afterwards, you can log in. Note: enter your business email.
