The Samsung LS27DG602SUXEN Odyssey G6 OLED monitor has a large, clear screen with smooth images. The colors really come to life thanks to the OLED display. This ensures that games look lifelike. The resolution of the monitor is not 4K, but I can play shooters on it just fine. Beautiful images I can easily adjust the brightness and sharpness of the image. What immediately struck me are the smooth images that provide a pleasant experience while gaming. When I play a shooter and move quickly, I notice that the image does not stutter. The colors really pop. This makes the games I play even more realistic. The contrast between light and dark images is also immediately noticeable while playing. The screen is quite large, so it is noticeable that the resolution is not very sharp. Despite this, the monitor is very suitable for less demanding games, such as large online games. Easy to use The 27 inch screen is the best size for my desk. Assembling the monitor is also easy. The manual explains step by step how this works with the help of pictures. The parts click together effortlessly. I rotate the screen the way I want, so I use it horizontally and vertically. Sometimes my neck starts to hurt when I play games for a long time, so I adjust the height of the monitor. I use a keyboard and mouse with a cable, so I can easily hide these wires with the cable management system on the back of the monitor base. This way it doesn't become a mess on my desk and I can continue playing without cables getting in the way. Nice design The monitor is not heavy, so I can quickly move it to another desk if necessary. I like it when the edges along the screen are thin. This way I get the best experience when I watch a movie, for example. What makes this experience even better are the built-in speakers in the screen. This way the sound comes straight to you, so you are completely immersed in the movie or game. The narrow design of the image ensures that there are no unnecessary edges around the screen.

Beautiful screen with a matte layer against reflections. 360Hz ensures that FPS games are smooth. Energy consumption is quite high, but lower than an IPS monitor with the same specifications. Fairly thick black bars on all sides are immediately noticeable (not annoying after longer use). DP version 1.4 is reasonable but ensures that DSC (Display Stream Compression) is needed to run everything at max settings. This also applies to HDMI 2.1. I would have preferred a different type of monitor arm, this makes the screen shake less when moving. The Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 is an excellent monitor, although there are opportunities for improvement here and there.
