After reading and viewing many reviews, I finally gave in and bought the sw270c. Ordered in the evening, delivered the next day. Never regretted the purchase for a moment. In terms of quality/price, you get a lot compared to the more expensive Eizo and NEC monitors. Monitor can also display 99% adobe colors. The monitor is 2k instead of 4k. 2 k is more than enough for photography in my opinion! Certainly for hobby/amateur photographers (but I am inclined also for professionals) this monitor is a real asset if you want to display the right colors correctly.

Replaces my much more expensive (but outdated) Eizo and is not inferior to it in terms of color match and screen uniformity. I had ordered a USB 3.1 cable because it was not mentioned in the description of Cool Blue, but it was included. This screen is QHD (2K) and that is better than 4k for a mac. Ideal for a mac is a ppi of 110 (this is 109) or double (220) for retina. A 4k variant on 27 inches is exactly in between, so you have to scale software. Just delivered the next day.
