Installation and use

It's possible to carry out excavation work yourself and to lay the cables between your fuse box and the charging station. It's important to do this well. To avoid problems, please contact our advisors in advance.

We'll always carry out the work on the charging station and the fuse box ourselves.

You can calculate this with a simple calculation. Divide the capacity of the battery by the capacity of the charging station.

Example
Let's say your car has a capacity of 55 kWh. Then it takes about 5 hours (55 kWh / 11 kW = 5 h) before a completely empty battery is fully charged again. Your fuse box must have the capacity to charge 11 kW. A 1-phase fuse box can generally supply up to 3.7 kW per group. For 11 kW charging you need a 3-phase fuse box.

Periodic maintenance by a mechanic isn't necessary. A clean charging station does extend the life of the device. We recommend that you clean the charging station from time to time.

You can do 3 things to resolve an error.
Step 1. Reset your charging station. Check the manual for this.
Step 2: Perform a hard reset by switching the RCD off and on again.
