How do I set up my home charging fee for automatic settlement?
Is it possible to settle the use of my charging station with my employer?
Only if you've purchased a business charging station package. If you have a business charging station package, you pay with an external card € 0,41 per kWh and a starting rate of € 0,15. € 0,40 per kWh of this will be reimbursed. The remaining € 0,01 per kWh and the starting rate of € 0,15 are deducted as transaction costs.

- your charge card has been requested by and is known to your employer. If you don't do this, you'll pay your charging costs yourself.
- your employer has agreed to the rate that has to be settled.
How are the costs of charging at home and in public invoiced?
Charge at home
At home, the charging costs are added to your (monthly) energy bill. You can count on approximately € 0,40 per kWh.
Public charging
Public charging costs consist of the charging rate, starting rate if you have no charging station package, and possibly charging station package fees. These are billed monthly.

Can I automatically settle my costs that are not from a Coolblue Charge Card?

No, that's not possible. The guest always pays € 0,41 per kWh and a starting rate of € 0,15. As the owner, € 0,40 per kWh of that amount will be reimbursed to you. The remaining € 0,01 per kWh and the starting rate of € 0,15 are deducted as transaction costs.
Is it possible to settle the use of my charging station with my employer as a business expense?
Yes. The settlement rate does depend on the use of a Coolblue Charge Card or an external charge card.
