The most common errors of Candy washer dryer combinations.
Candy error E2
Do you see the E2 error? In that case, the appliance doesn't get water. Check if the water supply is fully open. Also make sure there are no bends in the supply hose. Isn't that the case? Close the water supply and remove the supply hose from the appliance. Carefully clean the filter at the end of the hose with a brush. Lastly, check the drain filter in the lower right of the appliance. Remove any coins or paperclips from the appliance and thoroughly clean the filter and the hole.
Candy error E3
If the water doesn't drain from the appliance, you see the error code E3. Open the drain filter lid at the bottom right of the appliance. Put a small bucket under it to collect the water from the drum. Carefully open the filter and remove any strange items, like coins or paperclips, from the filter hole. Rinse the filter under the faucet and clean the hole with a cloth. Check if there are no bends in the supply hose and if the drain tube isn't blocked.
Candy error E4
If you see the error code E4, there's too much soap in your washer dryer combination. You used too much detergent. Stop the cycle in this case, and remove the clothes from the drum. Start a quick wash cycle and let it run with an empty drum. This way, the excess soap washes away. After the cycle, you can put the laundry back into the appliance, and you can continue with the wash. Make sure you don't use too much detergent in the future.
Candy error E7
In case of a problem with the door, you see the error code E7. Check if there's a sock or shirt between the door. Tightly close the door and push until you hear a click. If you can't close the door, there's too much laundry in the drum. Take some clothes out. Does the door close? Take the connector from the socket, wait 3 minutes, and open the door. Try to close the door again.
Problem not solved?
Doesn't the error code go away? Unplug the connector from the socket for 30 minutes and start the cycle again. This might help. Doesn't this help either? We're happy to help you.
