Hand over old freestanding microwave
Your new microwave is on its way and will be delivered by PostNL. To hand over your old product, there are 2 options. You can bring it to a PostNL point, or hand it over to the delivery driver. Do you want to hand over your old microwave to the delivery driver? Make sure the old product is in a box and that you stick a filled-in shipping label onto the box. The delivery driver will take it with them.
Don't remove the cardboard plate
There's a cover plate on the inside of your microwave that looks like a cardboard sheet. Although it looks like packaging material, this so-called mica plate shouldn't be removed. The plate protects the microwave oven from short circuits and fire hazards. Is the plate damaged or did you remove it by accident? Don't use the microwave, because moisture can reach the waveguide.
