You can easily install it, just put the fitbit app on your phone, follow the description and you have it installed in no time. For example, you can set your own goals, how many steps you want to take per day, how many calories you want to burn, how many stairs you want to walk and the number of kilometers per day and your active sports hours per day. From swimming to fitness and cycling to walking or many more workouts running riding aerobics and much more choice. It also registers your sleep and your heart rate, ideal to keep a close eye on your training. Unfortunately I was allergic to the strap, but there is enough on the internet to buy another strap, I did this and straps are very easy to change. After that, no more pain. Your sleep registration is well tracked how deeply you sleep and how much you are awake. Ideal to see how you sleep. All in all, it gives good insights to make a correct schedule for athletes, whether you are advanced or beginner, it does not matter. You don't need to have your phone nearby to register your route with this watch. Another small minus point I think is that you cannot, for example, connect Spotify with your watch and operate it from there. Horse riding can register it, but you must register it as a workout and later convert it as a workout in the app. Tracking your weight and eating habits in the app is also very easy. You can see how many calories you eat and how much you use, so it is ideal as a help for losing weight and to follow a good lifestyle again.

This is a great watch, I would even recommend it if you want a simple watch but with some extra features.
But that's where we get to the problem right away, it's not a watch it's a smart watch and there comes a bit of a problem. The app support is not very extensive and the accompanying smartphone app feels “cheap”.

For a smart device it is a pretty mediocre experience, little app support and you can really only do what the maker has come up with and you can pay for advanced health tracking and the number of programs that are included for free is quite small. Even in the standard configuration you can already see that it occasionally responds slowly or not to swiping in the standard configuration for a product that has just been released, I do not find this acceptable.

A big plus is that there are many free watch phases so that you can give it your own identity.
It is of course also possible to have the data collected by the smartwatch interpreted by other software that does not belong to the watch. But because it doesn't belong to the watch, I can't give it any plus points for that.

All in all a great watch that can make many people happy who just want a little more insight.
If you like something you have to be able to criticize and I hope I was able to give it here in a neutral way.
But I think a lot of people will also be disappointed with this watch. do research go to a store and look at the watch, try it on and see what it does before you make a choice is my advice.
