New compared to the Fitbit Inspire 2 is the daily recovery score. Here, you can see if your body needs some rest, or if it's ready for your next workout. The recovery score, just like the sleeping score, is only available via Fitbit Premium. The Inspire 3 doesn't have a built-in GPS, so you need to take your smartphone with you on your run. You can see incoming notifications and messages on your Fitbit. The Inspire 3 has a 10-day battery life.
