It took some time to get used to the weight of the iron, but the ironing result is impressive! This iron quickly heats up to the desired temperature and determines the amount of steam that is released. Setting is easy with a push button to the desired fabric. Very convenient that the water level is clearly visible through the window.

I purchased the Steam Iron Ultimate Power Pro FV9E50 as a replacement for a steam generator. I don't have a permanent ironing station and I was tired of lugging around a large unit. This is really much more convenient. Also with storage. It is a slightly heavier iron because the water reservoir is now in the iron itself. Easy to set to the desired program and the steam output is tailored to the textile. If it is left unused for too long, it will automatically switch to standby mode. Good to know. Unfortunately you cannot set this yourself, turning it off means pulling the plug. The ironing itself goes wonderfully! The sole is nice and smooth, hopefully it will stay that way (have been using it for a few weeks now with 2 baskets of ironing every 2 weeks). The steam release works great! No more manual steaming, wonderful! Although this is possible! Thicker t-shirts and blouses are wrinkle-free in no time.

What a nice iron this is! When I unpacked the box I was impressed by the luxurious appearance. The iron looks sturdy and solid. It is very nice that you can adjust the type of textile, so you never go wrong. The same applies to the auto-stop to prevent overheating, ideal! The steam is very powerful. My husband's shirts were ironed in no time. But heavy wrinkles from other clothing can also be removed in no time. The lighting is pleasant when you iron in the evening. I don't use it during the day. The only downside as far as I'm concerned is the size of the iron. I find this one a bit on the large side, which makes it a little less handy if you have small hands.
