Description

With the Ooni Thermometer Infrared, you can remotely measure the temperature of your pizza stone. Point the laser to the middle of the stone and the temperature appears on the screen within a few seconds. Is the temperature of the pizza stone around the 400°C? You can bake your pizza exactly right. The Thermometer Infrared measures temperatures between 0°C and 550°C.
