During an intense period of cycling training, I use this up to twice a day. The device simply does what you expect it to do. It puts good pressure on the calves and massages in a logical pattern, which stimulates the circulation of the calves and improves muscle recovery. Above all, expect the long-term relieving effect with consistent use during intensive periods.
