The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro NP960XFG-KA1NL is a fast 16-inch laptop with a first-class screen. Thanks to the fast processor and RAM, I can easily use multiple programs and tabs at the same time. I also find the Book3 Pro remarkably light for a 16-inch laptop. However, it only has two USB connections, so I can connect a maximum of two accessories without a docking station. For this review, I tested the silver version with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. 2.8K Super AMOLED display The display of the Book3 Pro has a 2.8K resolution and Super AMOLED panel. This makes all colors and details look sharp and realistic. An additional plus is the DisplayHDR True Black 500 support. After enabling HDR in the laptop's settings, color contrasts and shadows look even more realistic. It's not often that I've seen so many beautiful details on a laptop screen when watching videos in 4K quality. Please note that the battery of the laptop drains faster with HDR enabled. Tight and light housing The Book3 Pro has a nice sleek and thin appearance. Due to the light housing, the laptop only weighs 1.59 kilograms, which is very light for a 16-inch laptop. I therefore easily take the laptop with me to all my meetings. The touchpad is a lot larger than the average laptop, which I find very pleasant to work with. The keyboard is also very smooth to type on. He takes every input well. A disadvantage of the thin housing is that there is little space for connections. The laptop only has two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Because you use one of the USB-C ports for your charger, you only have two USB ports left for accessories. I was not bothered by this myself, because I use a docking station. Fast multitasking The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro has a 13th generation Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB DDR5 RAM. These fast components make multitasking a breeze. I've worked in multiple programs and tabs without any hitches or lags. The Book3 Pro has therefore certainly not received the Intel Evo label for nothing. In short: I definitely recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro, especially if you work with visual content such as photos and videos.
