That way, you can easily store it and it doesn't take up a lot of space. You can leave the racing wheel and pedals in the chair. For an ergonomic position during your races, you can adjust the backrest of the chair to your liking. Adjust the height of your racing wheel so you're always racing in a comfortable position. You can also easily adjust the angle of the pedals, so you can fully step on the gas. This chair is suitable for games with a 210cm maximum height and a 130kg maximum weight. Solid alternative for the budget gamer.

  • 5 different positions
  • Foldable
  • Robust
  • The metal pin that supports the hinged boarding bridge clamping system may become loose and fall out when the clamping system is opened. I just leave the 'door' closed.

Since I had to pay a lot of attention to the budget, I still had to put together a sim rig of solid and stable quality, I considered a folding seat and came up with this FG-T Lite as the best option. The product meets my requirements and expectations. The FG-T lite is sturdy, looks neat and the hinges with which different positions can be set are of rock-solid, sturdy and durable quality. I myself only use the GT position, which is quite comfortable. The seat allows long sessions on the race track without significant problems. I myself have mounted a Fanatec Clubsport 2.5v wheelbase on the FG-T lite. It is well worn and therefore meets the requirements set by myself. The pedestal for the pedal set is also sturdy and, unlike its GT lite cousin or the Playseat Challenge, has an adjustable angle including mounting tablet that easily carries a standard Loadcell pedal set. Therefore, and given the minimal price difference, I would always recommend the FG-T over the GT version. That's a no-brainer. If you want to mount a Fanatec Clubsport, CSL Elite or Thrustmaster TS-PC racer wheelbase, I strongly recommend choosing the FG-T lite over the Playseat Challenge among the folding options. Apart from the more adequate and different options you have for decent pedal sets, a Clubsport on the Playseat is in any case less stable and not ideal, and as a result more force feedback is lost. The FG-T lite is quite convenient to use. This product is not suitable for DD options.

Great chair, lots of options.

Relatively quick and easy to install. Adjusting to your liking is a bit of a search (would definitely mark this if you want to fold it more often) Sits fine, when I play other games I also sit on it then simply put the steering wheel to the side. There is no bar between the legs, which is also nice. Compared to the playseat challenge, this is a nice wide chair and it also feels quite robust. I myself am quite heavy and substantial +/- 120kg this does not feel like it is a problem for this chair. For people who want to switch, there is standard support for the gear lever. Can be mounted on the left or right.

Great racing chair that is compact to store

  • Different setups possible (GT and F1)
  • Very compact when folded
  • firm
  • Setting up and folding not 'easy'

If you want to be able to properly store a racing chair, then this is a great choice. With the Playseat Challenge that is of course also possible, but there are a few advantages to F-GT Lite. With this seat you can switch between 4 different setups (2x GT and 2x F1) and the pedals are much more firmly attached. The pedals are also more adjustable, giving your feet better access to the pedals and making it easier to switch with someone shorter. A platform is included as standard for mounting a gear lever (can be left or right). Setting up and collapsing is not necessarily easy and it will take some time before you understand how best to do that for the setup you want to use. I also noticed that the seat feels quite 'flat'. A playseat with a real car seat is clearly better. I was also shocked by the size of the chair when it is unfolded. That in itself is not a bad thing, because when folded the chair is still quite compact (as far as possible of course) and easy to store. I myself have mounted the Logitech G920 Driving Force on it without any problems. Even with clamps (because they don't come off) the plateau of the handlebars could be mounted all the way in the rear position, making steering easy if you have longer arms yourself.
