You can choose from 7 speeds, so you always have the right speed for your preparation. The park position pauses the mixing process. A must for every (home) baker and chef

Super product! Very versatile in use. The head of the device goes up easily with a button. The device itself and all attachments feel sturdy and can take a beating. The stirrer with silicone edge takes good care of all the edges and the bottom of the bowl; so you no longer have to mix the bottom with a spoon yourself. Only with thicker substances does the whisk push the dough up against the edge and you sometimes get an edge with dough at the top of the bowl that is not included in the mixing. By far the best mixer I've had/used so far.

  • Even with the manual, it is sometimes a bit of a puzzle the first time how to put an attachment on it, but you get used to it quickly.

In addition to my previous device, you could not have a conversation, this one is not silent, but still a lot quieter. He does what he has to do; I've never had stiffer protein than with this machine. It's a lot of money, but you also get a lot in return. You pay a lot more for the traditional well-known brands of these types of machines. Then you may have a larger bowl, etc., but I don't need that at all and it also doesn't fit on my countertop.
