Description
With the Bosch MUM5XW20 White, you don't have to use a separate scale. You can weigh the ingredients in the mixing bowl thanks to the built-in scale. You can set the timer, so the stand mixer stops automatically. This way, you can prevent over-mixing. As a result, you batter stays airy. In the meantime, you can focus on other parts of the preparation. With the mixer, you can effortlessly knead heavy doughs daily. That's useful when you like to make bread or pizza. Thanks to the 7 different modes, you always use the preferred speed. The parking mode pauses the mixing process. This way, you can add ingredients without spilling. After usem you can clean the parts in the dishwasher.

I miss my UK40 from Braun.
- If you want to make dough for cake or bread with a dough hook, the flour will scatter in all directions because the lid does not close properly on the bowl and the opening of the lid has no lid. Leaves a lot of mess behind.

Super product! Very versatile in use. The head of the device goes up easily with a button. The device itself and all attachments feel sturdy and can take a beating. The stirrer with silicone edge takes good care of all the edges and the bottom of the bowl; so you no longer have to mix the bottom with a spoon yourself. Only with thicker substances does the whisk push the dough up against the edge and you sometimes get an edge with dough at the top of the bowl that is not included in the mixing. By far the best mixer I've had/used so far.

In addition to my previous device, you could not have a conversation, this one is not silent, but still a lot quieter. He does what he has to do; I've never had stiffer protein than with this machine. It's a lot of money, but you also get a lot in return. You pay a lot more for the traditional well-known brands of these types of machines. Then you may have a larger bowl, etc., but I don't need that at all and it also doesn't fit on my countertop.

We bought it to mix bread dough, but the device is unsuitable. The dough is pushed against the wall of the container and after mixing for a while, the dough hook no longer goes through, but only along the dough. In addition, ours has already burned out 2x during the dough mixing (had to be repaired by Bosch).
