After always only working on a laptop, I finally bought a 'real' keyboard. It's a beautiful thing, the keys are plastic as usual, but the base is metal, which makes the keyboard feel very sturdy but also nice and thin. It is a mechanical keyboard but without an annoying hard click. You can hear it when keys are struck, but I like that. At the bottom of the keyboard are two stands to raise the back to two different heights. That's why you type with a small angle, which is nice for your wrists.

Although I am/was very happy with the build quality in the beginning, and hoped that the software will get better over time, I have gone down a bit with "solidity" now that the blue LEDs seem to be broken and a lot of people on Internet also have this problem. I'm also disappointed that you can't maintain the keyboard yourself (as far as I've been able to see) because the frame seems to be soldered between all switches and the PCB. It is therefore not possible to easily do a repair yourself (such as replacing LEDs or having them replaced) or to maintain and clean switches.
