Using the Apple Pencil is absolutely great but only works with the first generation Pencil. I would have liked it if the iPad would work with the second-generation Pencil, but that's just a small detail.

The True Tone display with P3 inspection display is also a great asset. Unfortunately no Pro Motion display, but everything still looks very smooth and fast. The Apple Pencil does have a response time of 40ms instead of 20ms, but that 40ms is low enough to be able to write and draw perfectly. The 10.5 display gives just a little extra space.
