When connecting, there was immediately a problem, one dead pixel. After contacting CoolBlue, I was immediately reassured, I was allowed to return the defective screen and I got another one to replace it. This exchange went very smoothly. Perfect service! Connecting and setting up the display where very simple. A bit of a shame that a VGA connection has been chosen instead of eg a display port. I myself use the HDMI connection and use the monitor as an extension for my laptop. It is a nice clear image perfect to work with for a long time. Compared to the image from my laptop, the image from the monitor is a bit dull in my opinion, especially when viewing photos. It is of course possible that I have not yet found the correct settings, that is still some searching. The monitor also has a blue filter, which certainly makes it more pleasant for the eyes. You always have to dive into the menu to switch this function on and off, but that's not really a problem, this happens automatically after a few times. I have no doubt that there are better screens on the market, but taking into account the adjustment options (height, tilt and swivel), the pleasant screen and the looks of the monitor, I don't think you can find a better one for this price. For what I use it (text processing/mail/internet) it is ideal for me.
