With a dynamic energy contract with Coolblue Energy and the Beko washing machine, you can always do free laundry between 12:00 and 15:00. How does Free Washing between 12:00 and 15:00 work?

You have a dynamic energy contract with Coolblue Energy and you have the Beko B5WFT89436W washing machine. You gave permission in the Coolblue App to wash for free. This means that you always pay € 0 in energy costs between 12:00 and 15:00. All of this while you do laundry. For example, do you put your laundry in at 13:30 and does it take 3 hours? It's € 0 until 15:00, and then you pay the hourly rate that applies at that time for the remaining cycle duration.

What if the hourly rate is negative between 12:00 and 15:00?

If the hourly price is lower than € 0, that hourly rate applies. This means that it's free, but it also means that you even earn a little something by doing laundry.

Do I also get reimbursed for the costs of detergent and water?

By Free Washing, we mean that you don't pay energy costs for the laundry you do between 12:00 and 15:00. Detergent, water, or other costs for your laundry aren't energy costs and unfortunately aren't free.
