Built-in dishwashers

Which model fits in your kitchen depends on the kitchen panel of the dishwasher and where the control panel is. Do you want to open the dishwasher first before you operate it? Choose a fully integrated dishwasher. Is the control panel on the outside? You need a semi-integrated dishwasher. If your dishwasher doesn't have the same kitchen panel as the rest of your kitchen, you need an under-counter dishwasher.

IKEA has 2 types of kitchens, a METOD and FAKTUM kitchen. Which dishwasher you need depends on when you bought the kitchen. Did you buy the IKEA kitchen before June 2014? This is an IKEA FAKTUM kitchen. Is the kitchen from after June 2014? This is an IKEA METOD kitchen. Also keep the size of the kitchen door in mind.

You can hide a built-in dishwasher in a niche in your kitchen. To do so, you need the right niche dimensions. You measure the niche height, niche depth, and niche width for this. You also need the right door system and the exact dimensions of your kitchen door.
