When you buy one of the participating Samsung S25 smartphones between 20 January 2025 and 16 February 2025, you'll receive Samsung Credit. How much Samsung Credit you receive depends on the product:

  • Samsung Galaxy S25: € 100
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus: € 150
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: € 200

The Samsung Credit will be available in your Coolblue account within 1 month after delivery. You'll receive an email to confirm that your Samsung Credit is ready. You can find the credit in your account under Discounts. That's also where you can see how long your Samsung Credit is valid.

Where can I find my Samsung Credit?

You can find your Samsung Credit in your Coolblue account. Log in, click the icon of the person in the blue bar at the top of your screen and then choose Discounts. Do you use the Coolblue app? Choose Profile in the bar at the bottom and go to Personal discounts. That's where you'll see how much Samsung Credit you have and until when it's valid.

How can I use my Samsung Credit?

You can use your Samsung Credit when you pay for a selected Samsung product. In the payment window, you can choose for a payment method. Choose Samsung Credit. We'll process your Samsung Credit with the price. Afterward, you have to pay any remaining amount. Does your product cost less money and do you have some Samsung Credit left over? That'll stay on your account. You can use the rest of the Samsung Credit when you purchase a participating Samsung product the next time.

When do I receive my Samsung Credit and until when is it valid?

Your Samsung Credit is ready in your account within 1 month after the delivery of the promotional product. You'll also receive a confirmation email. Afterward, your Samsung Credit is valid for 1 year. If you return the product, we'll remove the credit from your account. Have you already used the credit? We'll deduct the amount from the amount you receive back.

For which products can I use the Samsung Credit?

You can use your Samsung Credit for Samsung phones, tablets, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, laptops, cases, and chargers. All products participate. It doesn't matter which model or color you order.

Can I spread my Samsung Credit over multiple orders?

You use all your Samsung Credit for an order at once. Does the product you order cost less than the value of your Samsung Credit? We save the rest of the Samsung Credit on your account, of course. You can use this when you purchase a participating Samsung product the next time.
