If repairs aren't possible anymore, you'll receive the replacement value as Coolblue Credit. Did you spill a coffee on your MacBook while you were working? We'll repair your device, so you can get started again soon. This way, you can take your MacBook with you without worries.
What are you insured for?
When you buy your brand new MacBook, you can choose between 2 types of Backup Plans. With the Backup Plan Damage, your MacBook is insured against damage, even if it was your own fault. The Backup Plan Complete also covers theft. In the insurance policy, you can see what you're insured. If you file a claim, you'll never pay more than your deductible. For repairs, it's 10% of the purchase value. For theft, it's 20%. The maximum deductible is € 300.
