Your washing machine shows one of the errors below:

  • You have issues with vibrations or noise
  • The washing machine doesn't drain water
  • There's no water in the drum
  • The cycle doesn't start
  • There's a leak at the bottom
  • The drum door doesn't open

When your washing machine vibrates or makes noise, do the following:

  1. Remove the transit bolts on the back.
  2. Place the washing machine on a stable hard floor.
  3. Level it and adjust the legs.
  4. Redistribute the laundry in the drum.

Do the following if the drum stays filled with water:

  1. Check the connection between the drain hose and the washing machine.
  2. Check if there's a bend in the drain hose and straighten it.
  3. Check if there's a blockage in the hose and clean it.
  4. Clean the drain filter at the bottom of the washing machine.

If the drum doesn't fill with water, do the following:

  1. Fully open the water supply.
  2. Check the connection between the supply hose and the washing machine.
  3. Check if there's a bend in the supply hose and straighten it.
  4. Close the drum door until you hear a click.

Cycle won't start

To solve this error, do the following:

  1. Check if there's too much laundry in the drum and remove some.
  2. Push the drum door until you hear a click.
  3. Check if the connector is properly plugged into the socket.
  4. Press start again.

There's a leak at the bottom

Do the following if there's a leak at the bottom:

  1. Check if there's a bend in the drain hose. Straighten it.
  2. Clean the drain hose.
  3. Clean the drain filter at the bottom of the washing machine.

The drum door doesn't open

Keep these points in mind if the drum door doesn't open:

  1. Wait for the cycle to finish before you open the door.
  2. Drain the water by using a spin cycle.
  3. In case of a power outage, open the drain hatch for the pump filter at the bottom of the washing machine.
  4. Pull the emergency lever at the back of the drain hatch downwards.
