How do you install a Beko built-in dishwasher?
Install a Beko dishwasher in 5 steps
Before you start, you should place the Beko dishwasher on a flat surface. You should also make sure there's a water and power supply near. For the steps, you'll also need a piercer, Philips head screw driver, measuring tape, and tape.
- Step 1. Place the dishwasher in the niche
- Step 2. Adjust the height
- Step 3. Attach the front panel
- Step 4. Connect the dishwasher
- Step 5. Set up the dishwasher
Step 1: place the dishwasher in the niche
Unbox the dishwasher and remove the mounts. In the dishwasher, you'll find the manual and the installation materials. Place the moisture protection on the bottom of your counter and put the mounting brackets into your dishwasher. You can then slide the dishwasher into the niche. Make sure you can still reach the supply and drain hose.
Step 2: adjust the height
Is the dishwasher in the niche? You can easily adjust the height of the dishwasher. You can use the front and back leg stands for this. Adjust the dishwasher to be as close to the bottom of your counter as possible.
Step 3: attach the front panel
You can now work on the front panel. You'll need a piercer, Philips head screwdriver, measuring tape, and tape for this. Measure the center of the door and place the included marking template on the back of the front panel. Stick it, so it stays in place. Use the piercer to pierce the indicated holes and drill a hole after. Now, attach the front panel with the included installation materials.
Step 4: connect the dishwasher
Take the cap out of the trap. Push the drain hose in place and secure it with the included hose clamp. Screw the supply hose onto the faucet and plug the connector into the socket. Place the baseboard back underneath the kitchen. Does the front panel touch your baseboard when you open the dishwasher? Cut a piece out of your baseboard.
Step 5: set up the dishwasher
Before you fill your dishwasher with dirty dishes, you should fill the salt and rinse aid. With the included strip, you can determine the water hardness. In the manual, you'll find the right settings based on the water hardness at your house. Set the dishwasher accordingly with the indicator on the inside. Your dishwasher is now ready for use.
