The Q74B has a rich contrast and wide viewing angle thanks to the Dual LED technique of the screen. The contrast becomes clear when I watch images of nature. The dark ares of the forest are really dark compared to the bright green color of the trees. I also watch images while standing in front of the TV at an angle. Thanks to the wide viewing angle, the image remains clearly visible, even though the colors became a little duller. The A74B adjusts the image and sound based on the ambient factors. If the screen becomes less visible due to light, the television adjusts the brightness of the screen. This is ideal when your television is placed in a bright room.

The Q74B is a television that's suitable for gamers. On the back of the television, I find 4 HDMI ports. You can connect many peripherals, like your PlayStation 5. While watching a nature documentary, I notice that a fast-moving lizard looks smooth and realistic. That's because of the refresh rate of 100Hz. This also comes out well during gaming. In combination to the low input lag of 5.8ms, the Q74B is suitable for gamers. Thanks to this, the game responds fast when you push the buttons. As a result, you're always one step ahead of your opponent.

The Q74B has the Air Slim Design. Thanks to this, the television is only 27mm thick. The thin design comes out best when you hang the television on the wall. If you do this, it'll look like the television is hanging flat against the wall. But the sleek design also comes out well on the modern and sleek looking stand.

While watching images of a jumping frog, I can hear the sound following the frog on the screen. The A74B has Object Tracking Sound Lite. This means that the television doesn't have extra speakers. As a result, the sound that moves along to the motion on the screen isn't as impressive as with Neo QLED models with extra speakers. The Q74B adjusts the sound based on ambient noise as well. Is there a lot of noise around? The television will automatically turn up the volume. For an immersive sound, I'd recommend you to buy a soundbar. The Q-Symphony technique combines the sound of the television with a Samsung soundbar. This allows you to enjoy a room-filling and rich sound.

The Tizen smart hub has been changed a lot since last year. The menu used to be a bar at the bottom of the screen. Since this year, the smart hub is screen-filling, which makes it extra clear. On the side, I can find the menus for Media, Games, and Ambient Mode. In the Media menu, I can quickly select my favorite movies and series on apps like Netflix and Disney+. In the Game menu, you can start a game on a connected console with a push of a button. I can also navigate through the gaming videos on YouTube in this menu. And in the Ambient menu, I can select what I want to display on the screen when I'm not watching television. That way, I can easily display a piece of art, my vacation photos, or the latest news on the screen.

Batteries are a thing of the past thanks to the Solar One Remote. This useful and compact remote charges itself with artificial or sunlight. I directly notice that the remote only has a few buttons. This makes the Solar One Remote very clear. Thanks to the buttons for Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Rakuten TV, I can quickly switch between the different streaming services. The remote is also very comfortable to hold.
