We were looking for a long-term solution to connect the entire laptop with 1 USB C plug, i.e. a hub + screen. Unfortunately, there was no perfect solution on the market, but this screen is a solidly above average compromise device. Biggest flaw: No ethernet, needed an adapter (and coolblue didn't have anything that fit). But the integrated webcam makes up for a lot: no more fumbling or crooked heads during telework and school assignments. We notice that the USB power management does not work perfectly: During reboots, the screen sometimes goes into sleep mode and does not wake up again. We have turned off the USB power saving. We have connected USB: keyboard, mouse, headphones, EID reader, ethernet adapter. That sometimes turns out to be a bit much, and he randomly drops 1 or 2 devices. Plugging in the USB C cable again helps. The laptop gets 65W from the screen, which is enough for us, but heavy GPU users will want more. The whole works perfectly under Linux, by the way.
In short, not perfect, but much better than the other options in this price range.
